CMH is a Discord-based gaming platform built around two bots that share a single backend: CMH Games, which runs wallet-based mini-games and server activities, and CMH DinoTwo, which runs a dinosaur collecting and battling game. Both are mirrored on this website so players can manage their progress in a browser. This policy explains how data moves through all three.
We collect the minimum needed to run the game and keep your progress in sync between Discord and the website.
- Operate core gameplay — spawning, catching, battling, breeding, trading, and the wallet/economy systems across both bots.
- Keep your Discord and website account in sync, so progress made in one place shows up in the other.
- Run timed server activities, like Dino Recon and Chatting Event, and determine winners fairly.
- Deliver prizes and store credit you've earned.
- Diagnose bugs and abuse reports using gameplay logs — never message content.
We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Both bots request Discord's Message Content intent, but only to detect that a message happened in a configured channel — never to read, log, or store what it says. This is what powers wild dino spawns and the Chatting Event activity. The actual text of your messages never reaches our database.
We don't share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising. The only outside party involved is Discord itself, which provides the authentication (OAuth) and messaging platform CMH runs on. Discord's own handling of your data is governed by Discord's Privacy Policy, separate from this one.
Gameplay and account data is kept for as long as your account is active on CMH. Message content is never retained. If you'd like your data removed, see Contact us below.
- Access — ask us what data we hold about your account.
- Deletion — request your CMH account and gameplay data be deleted.
- Opt out — stop using the bots or leave the server at any time; no data is collected once you're no longer a member.
CMH is available only through Discord, which requires users to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region). We don't knowingly collect data from anyone below that age, in line with Discord's own Terms of Service.
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of CMH after a change means you accept the updated policy.
